The pandemic poses challenges for everyone, including servicepoint A30. But with creativity, professionalism and the joint strength of the network, new event formats are emerging: smaller, more efficient, more exclusive and above all: more targeted for the customers of the furniture industry.

In the film, Katrin de Louw explains the change at servicepoint A30- triggered by the pandemic.

Formats such as the Interior Innovation Hubs or the FU(RNI)TURE DAYS only allows a few people in the forum at the same time – under strict hygiene regulations. “Nevertheless, it does the industry and the people good to exchange ideas in person,” says the trend expert. As a result, the needs of the individual customer are more in focus, e.g. during workshops or the presentation of new products. The exchange among each other becomes more intensive and the results better for all involved.

As a result, the pandemic has already elevated servicepoint A30 to a new and better level in 2020 and now offers new possibilities and opportunities for visitors and network partners.

Cautious date forecast

We hope that the pandemic will allow cautious, small events like the FU(RNI)TURE DAYS again as early as the first half of 2021. If not, we will have to postpone again, because the safety of visitors is our top priority at all times.

New film series of the network partners

Either way, the network will also show its novelties in small information films in Q1 2021, which you can follow online here or on social networks. That way we stay in touch and you stay up to date!

We wish you a good start into the new year. Get through the pandemic in good health. The servicepoint A30 network looks forward to seeing you again – in person – in Bünde.
