On May 19, 2022, the TRENDREPORT 2022 event will take place at the Furniture Future Forum in Bünde, Germany, and in addition to the popular lecture by Katrin de Louw (Trendfilter), renowned speakers will be guests: Prof. Dr.-Ing. Frank Prekwinkel (imos) and Dipl.-Des. Andreas Enslin (Miele)
The supplier network of the FURNITURE FUTURE FORUM again invites you to TRENDREPORT 2022 with exciting product development topics and renowned speakers. The event will start at 9:00 a.m. After a short welcome and a 10-minute firework of ideas for furniture in motion with the project “Design Meets Movement 2.0” by the company LINAK, the first guest lecture will start at 9:30 am.
We are pleased that Prof. Dr.-Ing. Frank Prekwinkel, CEO of imos AG will be our first guest speaker. imos AG is a globally operating software company with headquarters in East Westphalia. The company is a specialist for the kitchen and furniture industry. Prof. Prekwinkel’s presentation is entitled: “Future-oriented digitization strategies for the furniture industry.”
As always, there will be 1 hour between the presentations to discover the exhibition and new supplier products in the Furniture Future Forum and to talk to the 16 network partners. The exchange with the industry is certainly in these difficult times important source of information for decision-makers in the industry and is valued at this event format as much as the top-class supporting program.
As a second lecture is Katrin de Louw, owner of TRENDFILTER and trend expert. In her contribution “TRENDFILTER Report 2022- Design and Material Trends for Tomorrow’s Furnishings”, guests can again expect tangible design trends as well as inspiring ideas. Katrin has been speaking to the furniture industry at this event in May since 2007.
Nach einer weiteren Programmpause mit Zeit zum Entdecken und Snacken, wird um 13.00 Uhr Herr Dipl.-Des. Andreas Enslin mit Spannung erwartet. Herr Enslin ist Vice President des Design Centers Miele & Cie. KGin Gütersloh. In his presentation “Changing Thoughts- Changing Future- Questions and Answers on the Future of Living in 2030,” he will present his work and possible future scenarios that he has developed with his team at the Design Center in Gütersloh. In 2021, Miele employed 21,921 people with sales of EUR 4.84 billion. In many countries, Miele is the most popular brand in the industry.
