The Furniture Talk on 13.02.25 in Bünde, with Werner Aisslinger and Barbara Wiethoff, among others.
The new Furniture Talk format is entering its second round on 13 February 2025 and will focus on the question: What makes design successful? On behalf of the network partners, TRENDFILTER has invited renowned designers and interior architects to discuss the topic in depth. First of all, the question of what successful design actually means needs to be clarified: design award or turnover? Which materials, colours and shapes will be on trend in 2025/2026 and how do we get furnishings into the circular economy? Which markets and niches are currently interesting and how do designers find inspiration? Is there such a thing as internationally recognised design and, in contrast, design from OWL?
The visionary and internationally active star designer Werner Aisslinger from Aisslinger Studios in Berlin and Singapore will also be travelling to the FURNITURE TALK, as will Barbara Wiethoff, partner at JOI-Design in Hamburg and specialist in cruise ship interior design. Due to their outstanding international expertise, both will give exciting presentations on the day.
OWL has also been invited and will be represented by Theres Sudbrock, Managing Director of Sudbrock Möbel with a keen sense of colour and form, and the successful furniture developer and designer Ute Bröker, who is an integral part of the East Westphalian furniture industry landscape. They perfectly complement the panel of experts in terms of regional industry aspects.
Interior designer and trend expert Katrin de Louw, owner of TRENDFILTER, will once again be supported by media professional Sascha Tapken, Home.Made.Storys from Hamburg.
This exceptional industry event will be hosted by the companies Conal, Continental, Europlac, Forbo, Furnipart, Hera, Lehmann, Linak, Munksjö, Neelsen, Schattdecor, Sonae Arauco, SWL and Trendfilter, who will be presenting new products to visitors from the furniture industry. The event is free of charge for furniture manufacturers, construction element and flooring manufacturers, furniture designers, interior architects and interior fitters, as well as ship and caravan outfitters. You will receive a voucher code if you register here in the INVITATION DISTRIBUTOR.
If you are already listed, the voucher code for free participation will be sent to you automatically and you can register directly here. For participants without a voucher code, the entrance fee is €295 plus VAT.
The Furniture Future Forum in Bünde is a trend and event forum with 600m² of space and small exhibition booths for partners from the furniture supplier industry. Since 2007, trends and emerging topics have not only been discussed here, directly on the A30 kitchen mile, but are also increasingly being significantly developed.
