Cooking after Corona

Some time ago, the quick snack around the corner in urban areas was the trump card and the Germans, despite repeatedly communicated environmental friendliness, were sad leaders in plastic consumption. We ate in between, according to need and mood. Young singles have carefully considered whether they even need a kitchen in their city apartment, given the wide range of culinary offerings around them. And then the pandemic came and nothing worked.
