Our trend expert Katrin de Louw, owner of the company TRENDFILTER®, curates this year’s Trend Stage at the world’s leading trade fair interzum in Cologne, from 09.-12.05.2023. In doing so, the top-class Trend Stage, located on the North Boulevard in front of Hall 8, is an important contact point for all visitors who want to find out about current and future trends in the furniture and interior design industry.
“We know how important the Trend Stage is for visitors and have been able to attract outstanding speakers from all product segments. The program will be so colorfully mixed that there should be something for everyone every day,” explains Katrin de Louw, who was also responsible for the Trend Stage 2 years ago. “2 years ago we were exclusively digital but now we are happy about this hybrid format: first live in Cologne and afterwards available online at interzum @home.”
In addition to renowned German-speaking speakers, there will also be numerous top-class international speakers, such as Studio Nooi from Italy and Studio Ineke Hans from the Netherlands, as well as Ryan Trainer from the ISPA- International Sleep Products Association (USA).
Katrin will be speaking in German on Tuesday, 09.05.23 at 14.00 on the topic of “Furniture and Material Trends”, placing current design trends in the context of current, social change.
Jorrit’s presentation is “Color meets Fragrance: how to design timeless added value for interiors” and will be on the Trend Stage on Thursday, 11.05.23 at 16:00. Hier geht es um die bahnbrechende Synergie zwischen Farbe und Duft für die Raumpsychologie.
